Derek Bull

Derek brings over 30 years of experience in the mechanical engineering and contracting industry. 

He joined the Piedmont Service Group family in 2015 and was promoted to General Manager of Special Projects West in 2025. Derek has 10 years of experience managing sales, estimating, engineering, and operations of a mechanical construction company. Prior to joining Piedmont, he had over 20 years of combined expertise in project management and engineering/design. Derek holds Professional Engineering licenses in both North Carolina and California.
