Opened in 1979 as Cary Village Mall, Cary Towne Center is now over 1.1 million square feet and home to some of the largest brand names in the retail business. Managed by CBL Properties, the facilities and adminstration team has partnered with Piedmont Service Group to support their HVAC service, mechanical retrofit, and energy efficiency needs.
